  • 150 g of soft ricotta
  • 4 tablespoons ground oat bran

Mix all the ingredients, form the bread and bake in the oven until cooked at 180 degrees.

Rotation: Spicy Eggplant Salad

  • 1 red onion
  • 400-500 g of tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 0. 5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Ground black pepper

Pierce the aubergines in several places with a fork and cook everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings, add sweetener, salt and apple cider vinegar. Pour a glass of boiling water and leave to simmer in this marinade.

When the aubergines are ready, peel them and cut them into large cubes. Add the cherry tomatoes cut into pieces and the finely chopped parsley.

Drain the onion and add it to the salad. Season the salad with a spoonful of vegetable oil.

Fixing: meat sinnabons

  • 1 tablespoon gluten
  • 1 tablespoon of isolate
  • 2 tablespoons ground oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons ground wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon egg powder
  • 150 g of soft ricotta

Finely chop the onion, mix it with the minced meat, add salt and pepper. Mix all the loose ingredients and grind with margarine to the consistency of crumbs. Gradually add the ricotta to form a plastic dough.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut 5cm strips.

Arrange the minced meat on each strip and roll it up, after moistening your hands. Place on a baking tray. Cook for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

After 30 minutes, remove the mold and brush the cinabons with the beaten egg. Then put in the oven for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished baked goods with herbs.

Pure protein day: stuffed calamari

  • 6 squid carcasses
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 8 crab sticks
  • 100 g of champignons
  • salt, pepper to taste

Stew mushrooms and onions until tender, transfer to a bowl, add chopped sticks and eggs. Salt, pepper, mix everything. We fill the cleaned and washed squid with the resulting minced meat and secure the edges with a toothpick.

Place in a mold, fill with milk, to which we first add salt, pepper and dill. The milk should cover the squid halfway. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes. Then turn the squid and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes.
